The home above has been is the finish look after applying preservatives and Lifeline Ultra-1 and Lifeline XL. Whether your home is new or in the process of restoration a Preservative treatment can add years to your home. Once the home has a preservative treatment and if your home is already chinked but needs further chinking and needs stain applied we recommend staining the home first. Then you can apply chinking or restore chinked areas and apply chink paint after applying stain. This protects the chinking from having stain marks
